All Spirit Shop stores have order closing dates which trigger the creation and shipping of all orders received within an order window. On Spirit Shop stores please see individual product descriptions for anticipated ship dates. Shipping schedule varies by product type. Please reference your order confirmation for approximate ship dates.
All items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or on back order. When multiple shipments are required, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for additional shipments on the same order.
To determine when you will receive your order, for instock items please add 1-2 business days for order processing to the appropriate shipping time based on the method of shipping chosen at checkout. Please allow for up to 4-7 weeks for custom made-to-order items (poms, made-to-order uniforms, warmups, accessories and fan wear items) for manufacturing then add on your appropriate shipping time based on the method of shipping chosen at checkout. During peak times of the season, our processing times can take longer. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Title and risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of goods to the common carrier.

"Expedited" Fedex Standard Overnight: 1 Business Day after Order Processed
Shipping and handling charges are based on the subtotal of your order and the method of shipping chosen at checkout. Available shipping methods include FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight. Prices listed for merchandise do not include shipping. Shipping charges are correct only for items shipped within the United States.

Varsity Colors Team Fan Wear in-stock items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days after the receipt of your merchandise. Simply fill out the bottom section of your packing slip and use the pre-addressed mailing label to return your items to Varsity. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, it is recommended that you send your return to Varsity via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable. If merchandise is being exchanged, there is no additional shipping charge to fulfill your exchange request.
