Support Northwood High School Cheerleaders

Northwood High School Varsity Cheerleaders are a small squad of 11 girls and 1 mascot who are a hardworking group of young ladies that are dedicated to their PreK through 12th grade rural school. The girls are on a mission to rejuvenate the Gator spirit at their school and within the community by hosting pep rallies, being open house volunteers, and cheering on the sidelines for their football and basketball teams at Northwood. These young ladies meet the high expectations of cheering as well as their academic responsibilities by maintaining high GPAs and mentoring the lower elementary girls who look up to them as role models. These cheerleaders are eager to grow and learn in high school but more importantly to become career or college bound individuals with high standards and work ethics. The girls proudly show the characteristics of a cheerleader while still having fun and creating memories of their high school days. It is their hope that they will grow in number as a squad as they recruit more girls into this character building sport.
