How long is my store open?

Your individual Varsity Colors team store can be open as long as you want to keep it open. You can work with your local Varsity Rep to determine your open and close dates.

How do I spend my funds?

Funds from your Varsity Colors team store sales can be used to purchase Varsity apparel or to help pay for Varsity brand camps and competitions.

You can pick any dollar amount for your fundraising goal. Your local Varsity Rep can help you determine what you will need to sell in order to get to your goal.

How do I check sales?

You have access to real-time sales tracking when logging in as an admin.

Can I track my orders?

Yes, Varsity Colors emails your tracking information once the purchase is made.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please call 1.800.533.8022 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request; however, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed through our system. At that point, you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Can I order from outside of the United States?

We are unable to process online orders from outside of the United States at this time.

How do I know what size to order?

We make sizing suggestions on most of our products within the product description. You can also reference the size chart that is listed for each product on the product detail page.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Products purchased through team stores are customized, which causes shipping schedules to vary by product type. Please see individual product descriptions for anticipated ship dates.

All stores have order closing dates which trigger the creation and shipping of all orders received within an order window. Please reference your order confirmation for approximate ship dates. All items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or on back order.

Please note that some items have longer production times.

How do I exchange or return merchandise?

Varsity Colors Team Fan Wear made-to-order products are custom and not returnable unless defective.

  • Items that have been worn or soiled may not be returned.
  • Washing instructions are printed clearly on all garment labels. Items not washed according to our care labels are not returnable.
  • We do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges on any item deemed FINAL SALE.

Varsity Colors Team Fan Wear in-stock items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days after the receipt of your merchandise. Simply fill out the bottom section of your packing slip and use the pre-addressed mailing label to return your items to Varsity. If you no longer have your packing slip, please call 800.533.8022 for assistance. If you no longer have your pre-addressed mailing label, please ship your return to the following address:

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, it is recommended that you send your return to Varsity via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable. If merchandise is being exchanged, there is no additional shipping charge to fulfill your exchange request.
